Wow! What a week!

This past week sure went by fast. With Morgan and Molly back in school, it sure was quiet. I really needed that week to get things reorganized. Kyle started college this past week and missed his first day of classes because we both did not realize that classes started a week before Augusta State!
I am going to Atlanta this weekend to the market and hope to find some really neat things for Fall and Christmas. I will keep you posted on what I find.

Kindergarten Nap Mats are going fast!!

Wow, school starts here in 4 days. I sure am going to miss having my girls home with me, but I am so ready for a "normal" routine again! I have been so busy getting the nap mat covers ready for back to school. They are the cutest! I sure wish I had thought about these when my kids were in kindergarten. They are 100% cotton flannel, so soft and snuggly. The covers fit snuggly on the mats and velcro closed on the back. The have a strap that keeps the mat folded and closed. The cost is $26.00 and that includes the child's name embroidered on the pillow part.

WOW!!

What an exciting 2 days. My website went live and the response has been unbelievable. I have over 80 fans in 2 days.
If anyone has anything they don't see, but would like to have, please ask. I have access to a lot of different suppliers for anything that can be monogrammed...ie: totes, handbags, cosmetic bags, robes, bookbags and more.

Sew Excited!!!

I am so excited!!! My website is almost ready to make it's debut!! Melissa Best has worked so hard and has been so patient with me. I knew what I wanted it to look like, but have a problem explaining. After hundreds of late night emails back and forth, it is exactly what I envisioned it to be!

Sewing and creating all things crafty has always been my passion, so this business is exactly what I have been praying about for years. I knew God had the perfect plan for me, but did not realize it was under my nose the whole time.

I have been so blessed with a wonderful husband that has always made me feel like motherhood is the most important "job", but i have wanted to have my thing to contribute to our family. Now I have the best of both worlds.

Our first photoshoot!

MSS had our first photoshoot with Patrick King last week and I just got back the proofs and I am so excited! Olivia and Lily Kate did an awesome job modeling for me. I think Olivia has found her calling!! We are down to the last details on my ever changing website and can't wait for everyone to see.
