Sew Excited!!!

I am so excited!!! My website is almost ready to make it's debut!! Melissa Best has worked so hard and has been so patient with me. I knew what I wanted it to look like, but have a problem explaining. After hundreds of late night emails back and forth, it is exactly what I envisioned it to be!

Sewing and creating all things crafty has always been my passion, so this business is exactly what I have been praying about for years. I knew God had the perfect plan for me, but did not realize it was under my nose the whole time.

I have been so blessed with a wonderful husband that has always made me feel like motherhood is the most important "job", but i have wanted to have my thing to contribute to our family. Now I have the best of both worlds.

Our first photoshoot!

MSS had our first photoshoot with Patrick King last week and I just got back the proofs and I am so excited! Olivia and Lily Kate did an awesome job modeling for me. I think Olivia has found her calling!! We are down to the last details on my ever changing website and can't wait for everyone to see.

Swim Team Day

As we have for the last few years, Tuesday is swim team day in the summer, which means lunch with Morgan and Molly. On Tuesdays, they have to rest up for the swim meet in the evening, so we go out for lunch, then come home and lay around until time for the swim meet.

I have been very busy working on a line of girls A-Line dresses that are too cute. I now realize how much I have missed sewing for my little girls. Morgan and Molly always looked so cute in their dresses that matched and I am so enjoying having Olivia and my neighbor Lily Kate to sew samples for.
